何一，1964年2月生于四川长宁。无党派人士。历史学博士，研究员，教授，西南大学硕士生导师。先后就读于重庆师范大学历史系和四川大学历史系。研究方向：中国近现代思想、学术、文化史及现代新儒家与现代新儒学。发表论文30余篇，出版学术专著1部，主编、参编教材5种。现为宜宾学院政府管理学院院长，宜宾市人大常委，宜宾市拔尖人才。中国教育学会历史专委会会员，宜宾市唐君毅研究会副会长，宜宾市历史学会常务理事。
