体核温度（core temperature）指机体深部，包括心、肺、脑和腹部器官的温度，又称深部温度。体核温度比体表温度高，且比较稳定. 体温是指深部体温的平均温度，一般有三种体温表示方法：(1) 直肠温度；(2) 腋下温度；(3)口腔温度。
体核温度过高会对肌肉运动能力造成损害，这与中枢疲劳有关。
