体核温度(core temperature)指机体深部,包括心、肺、脑和腹部器官的温度,又称深部温度。体核温度比体表温度高,且比较稳定. 体温是指深部体温的平均温度,一般有三种体温表示方法:(1) 直肠温度;(2) 腋下温度;(3)口腔温度。
体核温度过高会对肌肉运动能力造成损害,这与中枢疲劳有关。
