传变（transmission），中医学中病邪或病变的传移、演变。又称传化。最早见于《内经》。人体是一个有机的整体，其表里、上下及脏腑组织之间有经络气血相互沟通，因而一旦有病邪侵入或体内发生病变，即可随经络气血发生传移与演变。
