会宗，经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属手少阳三焦经。手少阳之郄穴。在前臂背侧，当腕背横纹上3寸。支沟尺侧，尺骨的桡侧缘。布有前臂背侧尺神经，前臂内侧皮神经，深层为前臂骨间背侧神经和骨间掌侧神经，并有前臂骨间背侧动、静脉。主治耳聋、癫痫、臂痛等。直刺0.5—1寸。
