仲裁费用是法律规定由当事人负担的向仲裁机构交纳的费用。一般包括案件受理费和案件处理费。前者是仲裁机关办理案件所支出的费用，由申诉人预交；后者包括鉴定费，勘验费、测试费、旅差费和证人的误工补贴等，按实际开支收取。案件处理终结，受理费和处理费均由败诉人承担；当事人部分胜诉，部分败诉的按比例分担；在仲裁庭达成调解协议的，双方协商分担。仲裁费用包括国内经济合同仲裁费用和涉外仲裁费用。
