经络学说是古老中国医学的一部分，在中医理论中占有特殊重要的地位。该学说认为人体经络分为经脉、络脉，以及十二经别、十二经筋、十二皮部。经脉又分为正经（十二条，称为‘十二经脉’）和奇经（八条，称为‘奇经八脉’）。络脉又分为浮络（体表部位的脉络）；别络(较大，共十五条，其中‘十二经脉’与任，督二脉各一支别络，再加上脾之大络，共十五支，合称‘十五别络’）；孙络（络脉最细小的分支）。
所有疾病都是人体经络不通。
