亚铁离子（ferrous ion），金属阳离子，离子符号Fe2+。一般呈浅绿色，有较强的还原性，能与许多氧化剂反应，如氯气，氧气等。因此亚铁离子溶液最好现配现用，储存时向其中加入一些铁粉（铁离子有强氧化性，可以与铁单质反应生成亚铁离子） 亚铁离子也有氧化性，但是氧化性比较弱，能与镁、铝、锌等金属发生置换反应。
