亚精胺，又称三盐酸亚精胺，是一种多胺。广泛分布在生物体内，是由腐胺（丁二胺）和腺苷甲硫氨酸生物合成的。亚精胺可抑制神经元合成酶，结合并沉淀DNA；也可用于纯化DNA结合蛋白，刺激T4 聚核苷酸激酶活性。2013年9月1日，德国和奥地利的科学家合作研究表示，亚精胺或可阻止老年痴呆症发病。
