井字梁就是不分主次，高度相当的梁，同位相交，呈井字型。这种一般用在楼板是正方形或者长宽比小于1.5的矩形楼板，大厅比较多见，梁间距3m左右。由同一平面内相互正交或斜交的梁所组成的结构构件。又称交叉梁或格形梁。
