五淋是对中医淋证的分型，历代医家对其看法略有不一，较为常用的为《医部全录·淋》中五淋，即血淋、石淋、气淋、膏淋、劳淋。现代中医学者综合前人对淋证的论述，现在将淋证分成六种症型进行辨证论治。
