乌氏(zhī),战国时期我国北方民族名，分布于今甘肃省平凉市一带。《资治通鉴》、《史记》、《左传》中均有记载，如：“...先是时，天下冠带之国七，而三国边于戎狄：秦自陇以西有绵诸、绲戎、翟、豲之戎，岐、梁、泾、漆之北有义渠、大荔、乌氏、朐衍...”（《资治通鉴·秦始皇上》） 另为乌氏（shì）也可以指姓氏（详见乌姓)。
