义利观，是一种经济伦理思想。义利观，义者，“事之所宜也”，是某种特定的伦理规范，道德原则，是儒者们心中至高无上的道义。利者，“人之用曰利”，后世多指物质利益。如何看待二者的关系，便形成义利观。
