计划生育有关的临床医疗服务包括下列内容： 1. 避孕和节育的医学检查，主要指按照避孕、节育技术常规，为了排除禁忌证、掌握适应证而进行的术前健康检查以及术后康复和保证避孕安全、有效所需要的检查； 2. 各种计划生育手术并发症和计划生育药具不良反应的诊断、鉴定和治疗； 3. 施行各种避孕、节育手术和输卵（精）管复通术等恢复生育力的手术以及与施行手术相关的临床医学诊断和治疗； 4. 根据国家计划生育委员会和卫生部共同制定的有关规定，开展围绕生育、节育、不育的其他生殖保健服务；
