目的：探讨慢性酒精中毒性脑病、肝病的CT表现特点。
Objective: To investigate the CT appearances of chronic alcoholic toxic cerebral encephalopathy and liver injury disease.
化学毒物引起肝脏损失的疾病。按亲肝毒物对肝脏毒性大小可分为：①剧毒类，磷、三硝基甲苯、二硝基氯苯、硝基苯、四氯化碳、氯萘、丙烯醛等。②高毒类，苯胺、丙肼、四氯乙烷、二氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、氯仿、砷化氢、二甲基甲酰胺、砷、锑、汞、硒等。③低毒类，二硝基酚、甲苯二胺、二氯苯、氯苯、氯甲烷、DDT、六六六、苯、乙烯、乙醚、有机磷、氰化物、丙烯腈、铅、铬、铍等。急性中毒性肝病的病理变化为肝细胞坏死和脂肪聚积，临床表现与急性病毒性肝炎类似。少数重症患者可发生急性黄色肝萎缩。慢性中毒性肝病的病理变化为脂肪聚积和纤维化，临床表现与慢性病毒性肝炎类似，重症患者可发展成肝硬化。除脱离接触和应用适当的特效解毒药剂外，治疗原则与其他病因所致的肝病相似。
