中杆是桌球的一种打法，母球与目标球在一直线上，且两球距离不能太大（否则远距离后会变成高杆效果），球杆击中母球的中点，撞击目标球后母球将静止。斜碰时，母球与目标球的分离角度为90°。中杆看似简单，一般练习者却难以完成，原因在于击球动作和击球点多少会有偏差。
