中有，佛教专有名词，指介于今世死有与来世生有之间的五蕴身。亦即众生在死后而尚未正式投胎时之生命状态。又作中阴、中阴有、中蕴等。四有之一，或七有之一。在西藏流传比较广，很多人修学中有法门。
