严从[唐]（约公元七二七年前后在世）字不详，自号中黄子，里居及生卒年亦均不详，约唐玄宗开元中前后在世。官著作郎，春宫侍读，集贤院学士。从卒，诏求遗文，吕向于其家得训老、经颂等八篇，序而为三卷，行于世。
