东吾，东汉时烧当羌首领。滇吾之子。初随父起兵反汉。东汉永平二年(公元59)，与父降汉。同年，父死，嗣立。以父降汉，入居塞内，谨慎自守。后与部落共居于安定郡(治所在今甘肃镇原县东南)。死后子东号立。
