The patient was 21-year-old male with erythema, papule, ulceration, crust, scar and tissue defect on facial skin for 20 years and verrucous hyperplasia on four limbs for 3 years.
皮肤过敏往往表现在局部皮肤瘙痒、烧灼、起红斑、脱皮 或起丘疹、水泡以及脓性分泌物，重者形成溃疡。
Skin allergies are often manifested in the local skin itching, burning, from erythema, peeling, or from papules, vesicles, and purulent discharge, severe cases, the formation of ulcers.
皮损仅局限于暴光部位的36例，主要表现为水肿性红斑，少数患者有丘疹、丘疱疹；
