In the event that any Force Majeure or incident occurred that caused either party unable to practice this Agreement, it is necessary to notify the other party immediately.
卖方在不可抗力事件发生后，应立即通知买方并在事发14天内，将事故发生所在地当局签发的证书航空邮寄给买方以作证据。
The Seller shall advise the Buyer of the occurrence mentioned above within 15 (fifteen) days and send by airmail a certificate of the incident issued by the local government to the Buyer.
