上管，经穴别名。见《脉经》。即上脘，在上腹部，前正中线上，当脐中上5寸。血管、神经分布同中脘。主治胃痛，腹胀，翻胃，呕吐，痫证，失眠。现多用于胃炎，胃扩张，胃痉挛，膈肌痉挛，肠炎，肝炎等。
