上海长江隧道（Yangtze River Cross Tunnel in Shanghai）是中国上海市境内连接浦东新区与崇明区的过江通道，位于长江水道之下，是上海崇明越江通道重要组成部分之一。 上海长江隧道于2004年12月28日动工兴建； 于2008年9月5日完成双线贯通工程； 于2009年10月31日通车运营。 上海长江隧道南起泸崇苏立交，下穿长江南港水域，北至潘圆公路立交；线路全长8955.26米，主跨江段全长7470米；道路为双向六车道高速公路，设计速度为80千米/小时。
