上关穴是足少阳胆经的常用腧穴之一，出自于《灵枢·本输》，别名客主人、客主、容主。位于耳前，下关穴直上，当颧弓上缘的凹陷处。现代常用于治疗神经性耳鸣(耳聋)、中耳炎、面神经麻痹、三叉神经痛等病症，直刺0.5～0.8寸。
