三鹰市是日本东京都多摩地区最东边的市。因武者小路实笃、太宰治等许多作家居住而知名外，近年来也因为「三鹰市民计画21会议(みたか市民プラン21会议)」等先进的自治政策而为人所知。区域内设有三鹰之森吉卜力美术馆。三鹰市役所的一部份位于调布市区域内。
