三阴交为足太阴脾经常用腧穴之一，为足三阴经(肝、脾、肾)的交会穴，出自于《针灸甲乙经》。三阴交在小腿内侧，当足内踝尖上3寸，胫骨内侧缘后方。常拔此穴可调补肝、脾、肾三经气血，对治疗内分泌失调，防治现代文明病(高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等)效果显著。直刺1～1.5寸，孕妇禁针。
