三校（音sān jiào），也称终校，出版界术语，意指第三遍校对书稿，是通读前的最后一次校对。终校必须由出版单位内具有中级以上出版专业职业资格的专职校对人员担任。新闻出版署1997年颁布的《图书质量保障体系》规定：必须坚持“责任校对制度和‘三校一读制度”。这两个制度即是校对的基本制度。一般书刊都必须至少经过三次校对（初校、二校、三校）和一次通读检查后，才能付印。
