三加皮，中药名。为五加科植物白簕Acanthopanax trifoliatus (L.) Merr.[Zanthaxylum trifoliatum L.]的根或根皮。分布于中南至西南各地。具有清热解毒，祛风利湿，活血舒筋之功效。常用于感冒发热，咽痛，头痛，咳嗽胸痛，胃脘疼痛，泄泻，痢疾，胁痛，黄疸，石淋，带下，风湿痹痛，腰腿酸痛，筋骨拘挛麻木，跌打骨折，痄腮，乳痈，疮疡肿毒，蛇虫咬伤。
