一次烧成（SingleFiring）是指陶瓷工艺过程中将素烧与釉烧合成一次的烧制工艺。一次烧成是在未经素烧的生坯上施釉，并送入窑炉一次烧成。其优点不仅是节省能源，并可以使釉和坯体结合度更好。其缺点是操作难度高。当没有经过素烧的陶瓷坯体吸收了部分釉料中的水分后会变得十分脆弱易碎。许多陶瓷工厂都采用一次烧成的方法以降低产品成本。
