又称横指同身寸。是以患者食、中、环、小指四指相并，以中指中节近端横纹为标准，四指横度为3寸量取穴位的方法 一夫法 针灸取穴比量法之一。亦称手夫。使食、中、环（无名指）、小四指相并，以其中节横纹宽度作三寸，称为一夫。 《千金要方》：“凡量一夫之法，覆手并舒四指，对度四指上中节上横过为一夫。”适用于下肢、下腹的直寸和背部的横寸。又说：并舒三指，亦称一夫法。
