Objective: to explore the regulation mechanism of XSH to blood vessel endothelial function with myocardial ischemia.
目的：探讨煦少火口服液(xsh)对心肌缺血血管内皮功能的调节机制。
Methods: The myocardial ischemia model was made by injecting pituitrin. To observe influence of XSH to model rat's inflammatory factor and cytokine.
方法：采用注射垂体后叶素造成心肌缺血模型，观察xsh对心肌缺血大鼠炎性因子、细胞因子的影响。
Conclusion: XSH could stabilize endothelial cell of blood vessel, reduce inflammatory factor, regulate cytokine. XSH had good protection to cardiac muscle cell.
结论：XSH具有稳定血管内皮细胞，降低炎性因子，调节细胞因子，对心肌细胞具有很好的保护作用。
