Though the state's transportation authorities strongly advised citizens not to drive, some interstatehighways in Oklahoma were jammed with stalled traffic, as heavy rains drenched roadways and flooded low-lying areas.
The fun has already started in parts of Kansas and Nebraska, with the snowstorm expected to roll over the Great Plains between interstatehighways 70 and 80, according to CNN meteorologist Karen Maginnis.
