According to the New York Times, Bank of America has hired consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton and spoken to several law firms in preparation of a potential Wikileaksdisclosure.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has said that the Justice Department is conducting an "active, ongoing criminal investigation" into the WikiLeaksdisclosure of hundreds of thousands of classified U.S. documents relating to the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan and about 250, 000 U.S. diplomatic cables.
Can the same government that condemns Wikileaks for the disclosure of confidential information also accept information from that organization for the purpose of pursuing legal action?
