President Obama has a different vision for our office, one where we partner with a range of organizations not only financially but also civically to help better understand the challenges weface and work together to solve them.
On the organizational side, with the increase in knowledge-work, there has also been an increase in the scope of workweface (documented by Bluedorn et al in the Journal of Managerial Psychology in 1999).
