The distribution of biomass and biological activity in four biological filters was analyzed by heterotrophic plate count(HPC),lipid-P and triphenyl tetrazolium chloride-dehydrogenase activity(TTC-DHA),and the water purification effect of the biological filters was investigated based on the quality of treated drinking water.
