abstract:Water Lou (劉智偉) is a Hong Kong software programmer graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He developed the first PDA software, CHOS to enable the reading of Chinese in Palm's PDA in the around 1998 and marked the beginning of PDA culture in Hong Kong and Taiwan in late 1990s.
