According to Ostroff, the three-year-old network--a joint venture of CBS and Time Warner's Warner Brothers--has had more than 200 million videos streamed on CW.com, Gossip Girl has nearly 1.5 million fans on Facebook and people are tweeting about the CW once a minute.
