The total value of Japan's economic output measured in yen did not increase at all between 1991 and 2011, because increases in the volume of output during the two decade period were entirely offset by falling prices.
The assets include Marcellus Shale midstream assets, which Chesapeake Midstream said will make it the largest gathering and processing master limited partnership as measured through outputvolume.
The rules of the competition state: "The winner will be the individual, team or organisation that achieves the greatest volume of electrical output over the set minimum hurdle of 100 GWh over a continuous two year period, using only the power of the sea".
