abstract:A village development committee (VDC) () in Nepal is the lower administrative part of its local development ministry. Each district has several VDCs, similar to municipalities but with greater public-government interaction and administration.
Thecorporation was found in April, 2004. It is authorized by Xiayuan villagers committee to implement the reconstructionanddevelopmentof Xiayuan "Urban Village".
