A process and equipment for dynamic optical graft on the surface of membrane by vacuum gas-state method to modify it is disclosed, said process includes vacuumizing heating trigger for volatilizing it into vapor, UV irradiating, using carrying gas to deliver the vapor to the membrane surface and make it penetrate through the membrane for generating surficial free groups on the membrane surface and inner surface of pores, heating monomer solution for volatilizing it into vapor, pumping it onto membrane surface, and optical grafting reaction.
