As for Janrain, it has a full-blown user management system, which processes huge amounts of information from sources like Facebook (NASDQ:FB), Twitter, LinkedIn (NYSE:LNKD) and Google (NASDAQ:GOOG).
This is especially important for the enterprise, where a majority of business processes do not necessarily take place on the road or in the field, and where many processes require more user input than is possible on a tablet or smartphone.
So, I hope you can understand my passion as a form of disappointment with the business community to abandon repeated failures and adopt more reliable processes, such as User-Centered Design or Value Innovations.
