This paper analyzes the ultrasound law of refraction, reflection and attenuation characteristic by the drill string, finds out a wave form of ultrasonic transmitting in drill pipe, and provides theory support for underside experiment. At the same time, according to require of underground signal transmission and space of instrument, choose compatible piezoelectricity material, develop configuration and size of a new ultrasonic transducer for experiment system, matching acoustic and electrical parameters, assure every parameter adapt to experiment requirement.
本文分析了超声波在钻柱中传输的折射、反射等衰减理论特性,找出适合钻柱中传输的超声波波型,并为下面的实验提供理论支持,同时,根据井下传输信号的要求和仪器空间要求,优选换能器压电材料,设计新型换能器的结构和尺寸,并达到声匹配和电匹配,满足实验需求;通过实验手段研究换能器的特性,优选适合在钻柱中传输的信号形式,研究超声波信号在钻杆和动力钻具中的传输特性,分析了超声波在不同钻具中的衰减情况;设计和优化发射电路和接收电路,并自行设计了发射电路中的专用变压器,使其与换能器达到良好匹配,确保激发换能器工作在最佳状态。
