This paper is concerned with the Networked Dynamic Measurement System(NDMS). An adaptive estimator,based on LMS algorithm,is designed to estimate the time-source synchronous error without the GPS and other time synchronization equipment,and to achieve the dynamic compensation of time-delay error.
