【Abstract】 In order to comply with the international basic educational curriculum reform trends, to meet the development needs of modern society, since 1996, China begins the eighth basic educational curriculum reform. It emphasizes the "three-level curriculum" management system and puts forward idea of practicing the school-based teaching materials. This provides a new opportunity and platform for the development of Chinese teaching materials.
