Abstract: Power source is the source of strength, positive force guiding the school reform is the main source of strength to enhance the quality of the school. Main sources of power includes the power source of planning, power source of leadership, power source of management, power source of curriculum and teaching, power source of scientific research, power source of studies, power source of culture, power source of harmony. All of the development of the school is the result of the joint action of internal and external force, these forces crisscross, forming a force field. Therefore, the high school administrators should be fully aware that the power source of the school's development is the first priority to promote the school's develoment.
