In the experimental group, the amount of myeloid cells in peripheral blood firstly descended, then kept increasing; the homing ratio descended then increased in bone marrow and increased then descended in the spleen, which indicated that the myeloid cells of donor presented mobilizing then homing in the body of recipient and there presented a delay in spleen. Compared to the control group, the donor cell number in peripheral blood and the homing ratio in bone marrow and spleen in the experimental group were higher on the 4th day (P < 0.05).
