abstract:"The Hell Song" is the title of a song recorded by Canadian punk rock group Sum 41. It was released in February 2003 as the second single off the Sum 41 album Does This Look Infected?.
The version of the Misfits' Green Hell is quite possibly the fastest song ever, with James giving even Jello Biafra of Dead Kennedys fame a run for his money as the angry guitars spit out riffs like machine-gun fire.
But as bleak as "Our Hell" is, it's virtually impossible to deny the song's glorious arrangement, in which Haines and her supporting cast lay out a rich assortment of warm, minor-key melodies.
