To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the 2003 Convention, Chinese National Academy of Arts (China National Center for Safeguarding Intangible Cultural Heritage), International Training Center for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the Auspices of UNESCO (CRIHAP), Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Hangzhou Municipal Government are planning to co-organize the West Lake Expo on Traditional Craftsmanship in the Asia-Pacific Region from 17 to 21 October 2013 in Hangzhou, China.
