“Fire!” The captain shouted. The arrows loosed just as Rak jumped. His Iklwa spinning, he somersaulted, the blade knocking arrows away. Ingelosi broke through the line of men, their focus was set on him as he landed. But Rak didn't waste time, he came at them like a madman catching them off guard. His knee caught two of them, cracking ribs, and his elbow another, breaking a jaw. He blocked a sword strike, then twisted on his heel, slicing sideways and right through the closest bow.
