Conclusion: it was a feasible and new to reconstruct coracoclavicular ligament and superior acromioclavicular ligament by transposition of tendon of biceps brachii short head.

Objective: To provide anatomic basis for transposition of tendon of biceps brachii short head, coracobrachialis tendon and coracoacromial ligament to repair dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.

Results:The tendon of long head of biceps brachii was obviously compressed by small tubercle in intertubercular sulcus and the tendon appeared thin and narrow.
结果：肱二头肌长头肌腱在结节间沟内小结节处受到明显地挤压，在此处肱二头肌长头肌腱变薄变窄。
