Each Party acknowledges and agrees that any and all information relating to any other Party's business, including but not limited, the contents of this MOU, technical processes and formulas, source codes, names, addresses and information about users and advertisers, product designs, sales, costs and other unpublished financial information, product plans, and marketing data is confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) of the Party providing it.
